1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
4 Real Good Chicken Legs
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation Instructions: |
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and lightly coat it with non-stick cooking oil. Set it aside.
Take the chicken legs out of their packaging and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them into a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add olive oil and toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Add this seasoning mixture to the bowl or bag with the chicken legs and toss until the chicken is well coated.
Arrange the chicken legs on the prepared baking sheet. Place the sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
