● 4 boneless halves of high-quality chicken breast
● Salt and freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
● 2 tablespoons of olive oil
● 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh herbs such as thyme, parsley, or rosemary
● 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
● 4 tablespoons of cold butter, cut into small pieces

Preparation Instructions:

● Season the chicken breast halves with salt and pepper on both sides.
● In a heavy skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it starts to shimmer.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet.
● Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the chicken for added flavor (optional). Cook until the
bottoms are seared and turn a golden brown color, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
● Flip the chicken breasts over and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until they
are cooked through.
● Add apple cider vinegar and cold butter to the skillet with the chicken. Gently shake
the pan until the butter melts and forms a flavorful sauce. Cook for an additional 2 to
3 minutes.
